1.1 - Avoidance of fermentation processes of "flour products" in the intestine which pollute the body with acids and harmful substances.
1.2 - Avoidance of foods rich in carbohydrates with a high starch content (flour, potatoes, rice).
From a certain quantity, starch acts as an "adhesive" that hinders various bodily functions and above all the metabolism.
This effect only occurs at an individual saturation limit
which in turn depends on:
the functionality of your intestine
their general fitness
their general state of health
their general emotional state

Foods that are not allowed in this diet plan:
All types of flour (wheat, rye, barley, rice...)
All foods made from flour (pasta, bread, cakes, pizza dough, biscuits, meat panades, sauce thickeners,..)
Foods made from rice or potatoes (rice noodles, mashed potatoes, dumplings,.....
Twice a week I made exceptions to this rule and ate a meal with noodles, rice, potatoes or bread.

Nutrition plan
My low carb diet is about avoiding acids or combating an already existing acidification.
Increased combustion of fats and carbohydrates within the cells produces more lactic acids within the cell.
If too few bioavailable minerals are available, the acids are not transported out of the cell quickly enough by the minerals.
In order to lose weight quickly, the cell must always be well supplied and disposed of otherwise a permanently good combustion of fats and carbohydrates is not possible.
Too many acids within a cell increases the intracellular water content. ........ the cell swells up..... fills with "water". This can promote the formation of cellulite and oedema.
Also a generally "swollen" appearance of the skin
can result from this.

About 20 years ago there were studies which said that in over 90% of people over 30 years of age the intestines no longer have normal digestion.
These values have probably not improved since then.
If digestion is slower and less efficient, the intestine cannot break down and absorb the dietary porridge efficiently enough and quickly enough.
In short: "We starve to death from full plates"!
