There are many people who can eat everything and as much as they
want . However, they do not gain weight

 

I wanted to make the same causes effective on myself to have the same effect!

I just needed something that increase my basal metabolic rate of combustion so much that I -

 

can lose weight without exercise
can lose weight without hunger
can easily be removed
can quickly lose weight

 

That's what I called: my optimal diet / my optimal nutrition plan.

My personal "low carb diet" diet plan to lose weight and how I have minimized the possible negative symptoms of a normal "low carb diet" for me *2

This page was created at the request of many of my patients,

before and after my weight loss (weight loss / weight loss)

In the following I describe what I did to reduce my weight. With this personal "low carb diet" diet plan to lose weight, I have lost 25 kg in 2.5 months *2 and easily keep my weight without yoyo effect.

My low-carbohydrate diet is all about carbohydrates obtained from "grains".

 

This includes all products made from wheat, rye, barley, rice, etc.

 

Avoid flour products and gluten / gluten in your diet.

 

 

My low carb diet is about avoiding acids and gluten.

 

Foods made from flour usually contain a lot of gluten. Flour products should therefore be avoided during this low carb diet.

My low carb diet plan is about quickly achieving your personal desired weight.

 

by this diet you must only avoid flour or gluten products as far as possible.

 

Afterwards you can eat normally again and only continue this diet 2-3 meals per week, so that no JoJo effect occurs.

 

 

General description of a low carb diet:

 

A low-carbohydrate diet generally leads to a massive loss of weight due to the loss of water retention in the body.

 

The body stores carbohydrates in the form of glycogen.

During this conversion process, 3 to 4 times the weight of each gram of carbohydrate is also stored in water.

 

If you eat a low-carbohydrate diet, your body uses its glycogen stores and the water is released and excreted again.

 

A low-carbohydrate diet initially makes you feel exhausted and powerless.

 

The main food for the brain is carbohydrates. If these are missing, the brain is less efficient, especially if the glycogen stores slowly become empty.

 

Over time, when the glycogen stores are empty, the body also starts to lose fat.

Ketones are also released and consumed during fat reduction.

 

 


Stressful symptoms of a diet *2 :

When this stage begins, stressful symptoms can occur.

 

To avoid these stressful symptoms (e.g. cravings, lack of energy, aggressions...) as much as possible, I have taken the dietary supplements I have indicated in addition to a healthy diet.

 

 

With the "fast decrease" the body is strongly loaded with pollutants and acids.

The body likes to store harmful substances and acids in storage cells (fat cells).

If the fat cells are emptied... then also there before stored pollutants and acids are released again in the body.

Depending on the amount of pollutants released, this can represent a slight to severe strain on the body.

 

The symptoms could be, for example:

tiredness,

Irritation.

Pain,

disorder of (the) metabolism

Losing weight without starving - The development of
Avoid ravenous appetite - lose weight easily
 

One of the reasons why many people quit their diet or cannot keep up is the "ravenous appetite" or the "hunger feelings". "Losing weight without starving" does not seem possible because the body is "how addicted" to certain foods.

 

The need for chocolate, sugar and sweets can then be overwhelming. A lack of fat-soluble vitamins in the burning process of carbohydrates / fats in the mitochondria creates a "need" on a physical level a noticeable "need" up to an "addiction" for...... carbohydrates and above all "fats".

 

Fat-soluble vitamins are transported via dissolved fats (micellated short-chain fatty acids).

 

The body tries to absorb fats through food so that it can break them down and thus compensate for the deficit of fat-soluble vitamins in the mitochondria. The micellation process in the intestine takes about 3 days on average..... and depends on how vital and healthy the "digestive system" is.

 

By giving the body micellated (water-soluble) omega 3 fatty acids, the body can transport the physically required fat-soluble vitamins to the mitochondria. And the body no longer requires fats in combination with carbohydrates. The need, the addiction on a physical level for the required "material" stops.

My low carb diet is about avoiding acids or combating an already existing hyperacidity.

 

Increased combustion of fats and carbohydrates within the cells produces more lactic acids within the cell. If too few bioavailable minerals are available, the acids are not transported out of the cell quickly enough by the minerals.

 

In order to lose weight quickly, the cell must always be well supplied and disposed of otherwise a permanently good combustion of fats and carbohydrates is not possible.

Too many acids within a cell increases the intracellular water content. ........ the cell swells up..... fills with "water". This can promote the formation of cellulite and oedema.

A generally "swollen" appearance of the skin can also develop.

 

QUICKLY WEIGHT LOSS - Acid load from the intestine

About 20 years ago there were studies which said that in over 90% of people over 30 years of age the intestines no longer have normal digestion.

These values have probably not improved since then.

 

If digestion is slower and less efficient, the intestine cannot break down and absorb the food pulp efficiently enough and quickly enough.

 

In short: "We starve to death from full plates"!

 

Signs of a digestive disorder are e.g.:

 

bloated abdomen, air in the intestines, flatulence,
