In the morning

Water-soluble omega 3 fatty acids for better transport of fat-soluble vitamins. Q10 for faster transport of carbohydrates within a body cell from the cell wall to the mitochondria (particularly important in overacidified body cells), so that fat and sugar (glucose) combustion takes place as quickly as possible and to avoid deficiencies in the supply of the body with fat-soluble vitamins, dissolved omega 3 fatty acids and Q10).
